OȚELUL NOSTRU ESTE PENTRU TINE, DACĂ:

	Apreciezi materialul tăiat cu precizie. Tăiem oțelul folosind feronerie cu bandă, asigurând margini drepte. Nu folosim foarfeci cu ghilotină, care pot deforma foi și rotunji marginile acestora.
	Zgarieturile minore sau reziduurile nu reprezintă o problemă pentru tine. Uneori, o singură foaie de oțel trece prin feronerie de mai multe ori, ceea ce poate cauza zgârieturi ușoare pe suprafață. Ocazional, pot apărea urme delicate de coroziune superficială (reziduuri subțiri) pe oțel din cauza resturilor de lichid de răcire din procesul de tăiere. Atât zgârieturile, cât și reziduurile pot fi îndepărtate cu ușurință în timpul șlefuirii. Dacă aveți nevoie de oțel cu o suprafață perfect curată, produsul nostru nu va îndeplini așteptările dumneavoastră..
	Poți corecta singur deviațiile minore de suprafață. Ne străduim să livrăm piese de oțel perfect plate, dar nu putem garanta o planitate de 100%. Orice ușoară curbură a suprafeței nu este un defect material, ci mai degrabă un rezultat al toleranțelor de laminare (toleranțele de planitate pentru produsele laminate). Un fierar experimentat poate gestiona o astfel de curbură într-un timp foarte scurt.
	Vrei să cumperi oțel de la un furnizor de încredere. Obținem oțelul nostru de la cei mai mari producători din Europa și dincolo de aceasta. Fiecare livrare este marcată cu precizie cu un imprimantă industrială cu jet de cerneală pentru a preveni erorile în timpul tăierii și stocării.

K110 – Duritate mare și rezistență la uzură în fabricarea cuțitelor

Oțelul Böhler K110 este un oțel pentru unelte cunoscut pentru rezistența sa excepțională la uzură și durabilitate. Tratamentul Termic al Oțelului K110

Clasificarea dificultății tratamentului termicVizibil în partea de sus a paginii reprezintă cea mai comună evaluare printre fabricanții de cuțite polonezi în cadrul sondajului nostru, pregătit în cooperare cu un specialist experimentat în tratamentul termic. Vă rugăm să o considerați ca o opinie bazată pe comunitate, mai degrabă decât un standard strict.

„ÎNTĂRIRE UȘOARĂ” înseamnă că oțelul este mai indulgent – oferă un rezultat previzibil și utilizabil chiar și cu abateri minore în parametrii de întărire.

"ÎNTĂRIRE DIFICILĂ" necesită respectarea strictă a parametrilor recomandați, deoarece chiar și greșelile mici pot agrava rapid rezultatul final.

AVIZ JURIDIC PRIVIND TRATAREA TERMICĂ

Tratamentul termic este un ansamblu de procese. dependent de mulți factori, inclusiv grosimea cuțitului, tipul de cuptor și atmosfera procesului, timpul și temperatura de îmbibare, metoda și temperatura de răcire, precum și parametrii de revenire.

Întărirea oțelului K110

Austenitizare

Procesul de austenitizare pentru oțelul K110 implică încălzirea la 1030-1070°C (1886-1958°F) și menținându-se la temperatura stabilită timp de 15-30 de minute, începând din momentul în care oțelul atinge o temperatură uniformă. Timpurile date de producător se referă la componente industriale; timpii pentru părțile subțiri nu sunt specificați.

Ghiduri practice pentru austenitizare:

Cu cât lama este mai groasă, cu atât ar trebui să rămână mai mult în cuptor.
Menținerea oțelului în cuptor prea mult timp poate duce la creșterea granulației; un timp prea scurt duce la o austenitizare incompletă (o transformare microstructurală incompletă). Pe scurt: la temperatura corectă, lăsarea oțelului în cuptor puțin mai mult de obicei face mai puțin rău decât scoaterea acestuia prea devreme. Cea mai mare greșeală este utilizarea unei temperaturi de austenitizare incorecte.

Răcire

Mediul de răcire: ulei, aer, baie cu sare la 220-250°C sau 500-550°C (428-482°F sau 932-1022°F).

Tratament sub-zero (Opțional)

În sursele disponibile nu există contraindicații clare pentru utilizarea tratamentului sub-zero (cryogenic) pentru oțelul K110. În practică, o parte a comunității de fabricare a cuțitelor îl aplică pentru a obține potențial o creștere a durității de aproximativ +1-2 HRC și o stabilitate dimensională îmbunătățită. Trebuie subliniat, totuși, că producătorul nu descrie și nu recomandă acest pas în specificația oficială, prin urmare, decizia de a utiliza tratamentul criogenic ar trebui să rezulte exclusiv din experiența proprie a utilizatorului și dintr-o alegere informată.

Temperingul oțelului K110

Temperingul este reîncălzirea controlată a unei lame întărite la o temperatură aleasă și menținerea acesteia pentru o perioadă stabilită pentru a reduce fragilitatea și stresurile generate de întărire și pentru a crește durabilitatea la impact a cuțitului.

Böhler recomandă călirea oțelului la 515-560°C (959-1040°F) după o răcire anterioară de la o temperatură de austenitizare de 1070 °C (1958 °F).

Temperați timp de 1 oră pentru fiecare 20 mm de grosime a materialului, dar cel puțin 2 ore. În practica industrială, se recomandă un minim de două cicluri complete de temperare.

Relief suplimentar al stresului după temperare

Böhler afirmă în fișa tehnică pentru oțelul K110 că se poate efectua o relaxare suplimentară a tensiunii după tratamentul termic (de exemplu, după prelucrarea finală în condiția îmbunătățită). Aceasta ar trebui să fie realizată la o temperatură cu 30-50°C (86-122°F) mai mică decât cea mai ridicată temperatură de temperare aplicată anterior, pentru a minimiza pierderea de duritate.

Compararea oțelului K110 cu alte oțeluri în fabricarea cuțitelor
