K110 plieno kietinimas

Austenitizavimas

Austenitizavimo procesas K110 plienui apima kaitinimą iki 1030-1070°C (1886-1958°F) ir laikant nustatytoje temperatūroje 15-30 minučių, skaičiuojant nuo momento, kai plienas pasiekia vienodą temperatūrą. Gamintojo nurodytas laikas taikomas pramoniniams komponentams; plonų dalių laikai nėra nurodyti.

Praktiniai austenitizavimo gaires:

Kuo storesnė ašmenys, tuo ilgiau ji turėtų likti krosnyje.
Per ilgas plieno laikymas krosnyje gali sukelti grūdų augimą; per trumpas laikas sukelia neišsamią austenitizaciją (neišsami mikrostruktūrinė transformacija). Paprasčiau tariant: teisingoje temperatūroje plieno laikymas krosnyje šiek tiek ilgiau paprastai daro mažiau žalos nei per ankstyvas išėmimas. Didžiausia klaida yra neteisingos austenitizacijos temperatūros naudojimas.

Kalkinimas

Aušinimo terpė: nafta, oras, druskos vonia prie 220-250°C arba 500-550°C (428-482°F arba 932-1022 °F).

Žemiau nulio gydymas (Pasirinktinai)

Turimose šaltiniuose nėra aiškių kontraindikacijų naudoti sub-nulinį (kriogeninį) apdorojimą K110 plienui. Praktikoje dalis peilių gamybos bendruomenės taiko šį metodą, siekdama potencialiai padidinti kietumą apie +1-2 HRC ir pagerinti matmenų stabilumą. Tačiau reikia pabrėžti, kad gamintojas šio žingsnio oficialioje specifikacijoje neišreiškia, nei rekomenduoja, todėl sprendimas dėl kriogeninio apdorojimo turėtų remtis tik vartotojo patirtimi ir informuotu pasirinkimu.

K110 plieno atšaldymas

Atsparumo mažinimas yra kontroliuojamas sukietintos ašmenų pakaitinimas iki pasirinktos temperatūros ir laikymas nustatytą laiką, siekiant sumažinti trapumą ir įtempimus, kilusius dėl sukietinimo, bei padidinti peilio smūgių atsparumą.

Böhler rekomenduoja grūdinti plieną prie 515-560°C (959-1040°F) po ankstesnio grūdinimo iš austenizacijos temperatūros 1070 °C (1958 °F).

Temperuokite 1 valandą už kiekvienus 20 mm medžiagos storio, bet ne mažiau kaip 2 valandas. Pramoninėje praktikoje rekomenduojama atlikti bent du pilnus atkaitinimo ciklus.

Papildomas streso mažinimas po temperavimo

Böhler nurodo techniniame K110 plieno duomenų lape, kad papildomas įtempimo mažinimas po grūdinimo (pavyzdžiui, po galutinio apdirbimo sustiprintoje būsenoje) gali būti atliekamas. Jis turėtų būti vykdomas 30-50°C (86-122°F) žemesnėje temperatūroje nei aukščiausia anksčiau taikyta grūdinimo temperatūra, siekiant sumažinti kietumo praradimą.
