K110 tērauda sacietēšana

Austenitizēšana

Austenitizācijas process K110 tēraudam ietver sildīšanu līdz 1030-1070°C (1886-1958°F) un turēt noteiktā temperatūrā 15-30 minūtes, skaitot no brīža, kad tērauds sasniedz vienmērīgu temperatūru. Ražotāja norādītie laiki attiecas uz industriālajiem komponentiem; plāno daļu laiki nav norādīti.

Praktiski austenitizācijas vadlīnijas:

Jo biezāks ir asmens, jo ilgāk tam jāpaliek krāsnī.
Tērauda uzturēšana krāsnī pārāk ilgi var izraisīt graudu izaugsmi; pārāk īss laiks noved pie nepilnīgas austenitizēšanas (nepilnīgas mikrostruktūras pārveides). Vienkārši sakot: pareizā temperatūrā tērauda turēšana krāsnī nedaudz ilgāk parasti nodara mazāk kaitējuma nekā tā izņemšana pārāk agri. Lielākā kļūda ir nepareizas austenitizēšanas temperatūras izmantošana.

Atdzesēšana

Atdzesēšanas vidēji: eļļa, gaiss, sāls vanna pie 220-250°C vai 500-550°C (428-482°F vai 932-1022 °F).

Zemāku temperatūru ārstēšana (pēc izvēles)

Pieejamajos avotos nav skaidru kontrindikāciju K110 tērauda sub-nulles (kriogēnās) apstrādes izmantošanai. Praksē daļa nažu izgatavošanas kopienas to pielieto, lai potenciāli sasniegtu cietības palielinājumu par apmēram +1-2 HRC un uzlabotu izmēru stabilitāti. Tomēr jāuzsver, ka ražotājs šo soli oficiālajā specifikācijā neapraksta un nerekomendē, tāpēc lēmumam par kriogēnās apstrādes izmantošanu vajadzētu balstīties tikai uz lietotāja paša pieredzi un apzinātu izvēli.

K110 tērauda temperēšana

Temperēšana ir kontrolēta sacietējušās asmens atkārtota uzsildīšana līdz izvēlētai temperatūrai un tās turēšana noteiktu laiku, lai samazinātu trauslumu un spriedzi, kas radušās sacietēšanas procesā, kā arī palielinātu naža trieciena izturību.

Böhler iesaka temperēt tēraudu pie 515-560°C (959-1040°F) pēc iepriekšējas atdzesēšanas no austenitizācijas temperatūras 1070 °C (1958 °F).

Temperatūra 1 stunda katriem 20 mm materiāla biezuma, bet vismaz 2 stundas. Rūpnieciskajā praksē ieteicams vismaz divi pilni temperēšanas cikli.

Papildu spriedzes samazināšana pēc temperēšanas

Böhler tehniskajā datu lapā par K110 tēraudu norāda, ka papildus spriedes atvieglošana pēc temperēšanas (piemēram, pēc apdares apstrādes cietajā stāvoklī) var tikt veikta. To vajadzētu veikt temperatūrā, kas ir 30-50°C (86-122°F) zemāk par iepriekš piemēroto augstāko temperēšanas temperatūru, lai samazinātu cietības zudumu.
