OȚELUL NOSTRU ESTE PENTRU TINE, DACĂ:

	Apreciezi materialul tăiat cu precizie. Tăiem oțelul folosind feronerie cu bandă, asigurând margini drepte. Nu folosim foarfeci cu ghilotină, care pot deforma foi și rotunji marginile acestora.
	Zgarieturile minore sau reziduurile nu reprezintă o problemă pentru tine. Uneori, o singură foaie de oțel trece prin feronerie de mai multe ori, ceea ce poate cauza zgârieturi ușoare pe suprafață. Ocazional, pot apărea urme delicate de coroziune superficială (reziduuri subțiri) pe oțel din cauza resturilor de lichid de răcire din procesul de tăiere. Atât zgârieturile, cât și reziduurile pot fi îndepărtate cu ușurință în timpul șlefuirii. Dacă aveți nevoie de oțel cu o suprafață perfect curată, produsul nostru nu va îndeplini așteptările dumneavoastră..
	Poți corecta singur deviațiile minore de suprafață. Ne străduim să livrăm piese de oțel perfect plate, dar nu putem garanta o planitate de 100%. Orice ușoară curbură a suprafeței nu este un defect material, ci mai degrabă un rezultat al toleranțelor de laminare (toleranțele de planitate pentru produsele laminate). Un fierar experimentat poate gestiona o astfel de curbură într-un timp foarte scurt.

Cu proprietăți excepționale, cum ar fi rezistența la coroziune, , duritate, și ușurința de ascuțire, acest oțel este utilizat pe scară largă în producția de cuțite de utilitate, cuțite pentru exterior și unelte de tăiat. De ce este oțelul Alleima® 14C28N popular în fabricarea cuțitelor?

Oțelul 14C28N, produs de Alleima (fost Sandvik), a fost proiectat special pentru lamele de tăiere. În fabricarea cuțitelor, acest material se bucură de o popularitate imensă din mai multe motive cheie:

Rezistența la coroziune – Cu un conținut ridicat de crom (14%) și adăugarea de azot (0,11%), acest oțel oferă excepțional rezistența la coroziune, făcându-l o alegere ideală pentru cuțitele de bucătărie și cuțitele pentru exterior care sunt expuse umidității și altor factori corozivi.

„ÎNTĂRIRE UȘOARĂ” înseamnă că oțelul este mai indulgent – oferă un rezultat previzibil și utilizabil chiar și cu abateri minore în parametrii de întărire.

"ÎNTĂRIRE DIFICILĂ" necesită respectarea strictă a parametrilor recomandați, deoarece chiar și greșelile mici pot agrava rapid rezultatul final.

Întărirea oțelului Alleima® 14C28N

Austenitizarea unei singure piese (într-un cuptor mic sau pe un cuptor cu bandă)

Încălzește bucata la 1050°C (1922°F) și mențineți la temperatura setată pentru o perioadă specificată, începând din momentul în care oțelul atinge o temperatură uniformă.

Dacă se preconizează un tratament sub-zero la -20°C (−5°F), utilizați temperatura mai ridicată de austenitizare de 1060°C (1940°F).
Dacă se preconizează un tratament sub-zero de -70°C (−95°F), utilizați temperatura de austenitizare mai mare de 1080°C (1975°F).

Timpul recomandat de menținere în cuptor în funcție de grosime:

5 minute pentru 2.5 mm
6 minute pentru 3.0 mm
7 minute pentru 3.25 mm
8 minute pentru 3.5 mm
10 minute pentru 3.75 mm
12 minute pentru 4.0 mm

Austenitizare în loturi

Încălziți încărcătura la 1045°C (1915°F) și menține la temperatura stabilită pentru o perioadă specificată, începând din momentul în care oțelul atinge o temperatură uniformă.
Dacă este planificat un tratament sub-zero la -20°C (−5°F), utilizați temperatura mai ridicată de austenitizare de 1055°C (1930°F).
Dacă este planificat un tratament sub-zero de -70°C (−95°F), utilizați temperatura de austenitizare mai ridicată de 1075°C (1965°F).

Timp de menținere în cuptor: 30 de minute.

Când se întăresc loturi mai mari, există riscul variațiilor de temperatură în cadrul încărcăturii. Prin urmare, mai întâi aduceți materialul la o temperatură uniformă, menținându-l la temperatura de 850°C (1560°F) timp de 30 de minute, și abia apoi încălziți-l la temperatura țintă.

Răcire

După austenitizare, răcește oțelul la temperatura camerei cât mai repede posibil., mediu: ulei.
Producătorul afirmă că pentru rezultate optime, temperatura ar trebui să scadă la 600°C (1110°F) în 2 minute sau mai puțin: „este foarte important ca echipamentul cuptorului să aibă o capacitate mare de răcire pentru a îndeplini cerința de a reduce temperatura la 600°C (1112°F) în termen de 2 minute”.

Tratament sub-zero (Opțional)

După întărire, oțelul poate fi înghețat, acest proces crește duritatea cu aproximativ:

+1 HRC cu tratament subzero la -20°C (−5°F);
+2 HRC cu tratament subzero la -70°C (−95°F);

Tratamentul sub-zero ar trebui să fie efectuat după întărire și înainte de revenire. În practică, acest proces este o extensie a întăririi la o temperatură mai scăzută, astfel încât orice întârziere între întărire și tratamentul sub-zero poate reduce efectul acestuia. Materialul trebuie doar să ajungă la temperatura de îngheț dorită, menținerea oțelului la o temperatură scăzută pentru o perioadă mai lungă nu este necesară.

Temperația oțelului Alleima® 14C28N

Temperația este reîncălzirea controlată a unei lame întărite la o temperatură aleasă și menținerea acesteia pentru un timp stabilit pentru a reduce fragilitatea și stresurile generate de întărire și a crește rezistența la impact a cuțitului.

Producătorul recomandă temperarea la 175–350°C (345–660°F) timp de 0,5–2 ore.
