Uzkarsējiet gabalu līdz 1050°C (1922°F) un turiet noteiktā temperatūrā noteiktu laiku, sākot skaitīt no brīža, kad tērauds sasniedz vienmērīgu temperatūru.

Sakopojuma austenitizācija

Turēšanas laiks krāsnī: 30 minūtes.

Cietinot lielākas partijas, pastāv risks, ka temperatūra iekraušanā var svārstīties. Tādēļ vispirms jānogādā materiāls vienmērīgā temperatūrā, turējo to 850°C (1560°F) temperatūrā 30 minūtes, un tikai pēc tam to jāuzsilda līdz mērķa temperatūrai.

Pēc austenitizācijas ātri atdzesējiet tēraudu līdz istabas temperatūrai., vides: eļļa.
