N690 tērauda cietināšana

Austenitizēšana

Austenitizācijas process N690 tēraudam ietver sildīšanu līdz 1030–1080°C (1885-1975°F) un turēšana noteiktā temperatūrā 15-30 minūtes, skaitot no brīža, kad tērauds sasniedz vienmērīgu temperatūru. Ražotāja norādītie laiki attiecas uz rūpnieciskām sastāvdaļām; laiki plānām daļām nav norādīti.

Praktiski austenitizācijas vadlīnijas:

Jo biezāks ir asmens, jo ilgāk tam jāpaliek krāsnī.
Tērauda uzturēšana krāsnī pārāk ilgi var izraisīt graudu izaugsmi; pārāk īss laiks noved pie nepilnīgas austenitizēšanas (nepilnīgas mikrostruktūras pārveides). Vienkārši sakot: pareizā temperatūrā tērauda turēšana krāsnī nedaudz ilgāk parasti nodara mazāk kaitējuma nekā tā izņemšana pārāk agri. Lielākā kļūda ir nepareizas austenitizēšanas temperatūras izmantošana.

Atdzesēšana

Pēc austenitizēšanas N690 tērauds tiek ātri atdzesēts. Dzesēšanas vidiEļļa. Materiāls jāatdzesē līdz aptuveni 30°C (86°F).

Praktiskajos siltuma apstrādes darbnīcās tiek izmantota gan eļļas atdzesēšana, gan plātņu atdzesēšana starp alumīnija plāksnēm ar piespiedu gaisa dzesēšanu – īpaši plānām, plakanu asmeņu, kur ir svarīgi samazināt deformācijas.

Zemāku temperatūru ārstēšana (pēc izvēles)

Pieejamos avotos nav skaidru kontrindikāciju N690 tērauda apstrādei ar sub-nulles (kriogēno) metodi. Praksē daļa nažu izgatavošanas kopienas to pielieto, lai potenciāli panāktu cietības pieaugumu par aptuveni +1-2 HRC un uzlabotu izmēru stabilitāti. Tomēr jāuzsver, ka ražotājs šo soli oficiālajā specifikācijā neapraksta un nerekomendē, tāpēc lēmumam par kriogēnās apstrādes izmantošanu jāizriet tikai no lietotāja paša pieredzes un apzināta izvēles.

N690 tērauda atkausēšana

Temperēšana ir kontrolēta sacietējušās asmens atkārtota uzsildīšana līdz izvēlētai temperatūrai un tās turēšana noteiktu laiku, lai samazinātu trauslumu un spriedzi, kas radušās sacietēšanas procesā, kā arī palielinātu naža trieciena izturību.

Saskaņā ar ražotāja teikto, ieteicamās temperēšanas temperatūras ir 100-200°C (210-390°F). Tomēr mēs iesakām izmantot temperēšanas diapazonu no 175-200°C (350-390°F).

Temperējiet vienu stundu par katriem 20 mm materiāla biezuma, bet vismaz 2 stundas. Rūpnieciskajā praksē ieteicams veikt divus pilnus temperēšanas ciklus (2x2h).

Neatkarīgi no izmantotās temperatūras, ražotājs rekomendē lēni uzsildīt un atdzist materiālu līdz aptuveni 30°C (86°F) pēc katra apstrādes posma.
