BECUT tērauda sacietēšana

Austenitizēšana

Austenitizācijas process BECUT tēraudam ietver sildīšanu līdz 1050–1090°C (1920-1995°F) un turēšana noteiktā temperatūrā noteiktu laiku, skaitot no brīža, kad tērauds sasniedz vienmērīgu temperatūru.

Praktiski austenitizācijas vadlīnijas:

Jo biezāks ir asmens, jo ilgāk tam jāpaliek krāsnī.
Tērauda uzturēšana krāsnī pārāk ilgi var izraisīt graudu izaugsmi; pārāk īss laiks noved pie nepilnīgas austenitizēšanas (nepilnīgas mikrostruktūras pārveides). Vienkārši sakot: pareizā temperatūrā tērauda turēšana krāsnī nedaudz ilgāk parasti nodara mazāk kaitējuma nekā tā izņemšana pārāk agri. Lielākā kļūda ir nepareizas austenitizēšanas temperatūras izmantošana.

Atdzesēšana

Pēc austenitizācijas BECUT tērauds tiek ātri atdzesēts. Dzesēšanas vidiGaisa vai eļļas.

Zemāku temperatūru ārstēšana (pēc izvēles)

Pieejamajos avotos nav skaidru kontrindikāciju sub-zero (kriogēnās) apstrādes izmantošanai BECUT tēraudam. Praksē daļa nažu izgatavošanas kopienas to pielieto, lai potenciāli panāktu cietības pieaugumu par apmēram +1-2 HRC un uzlabotu izmēru stabilitāti. Tomēr jāuzsver, ka ražotājs šo soli neapraksta un nerekomendē oficiālajā specifikācijā, tādēļ lēmumam par kriogēnās apstrādes izmantošanu jābūt balstītam tikai uz lietotāja personisko pieredzi un apzinātu izvēli.

BECUT tērauda atdzesēšana

Temperēšana ir kontrolēta sacietējušās asmens atkārtota uzsildīšana līdz izvēlētai temperatūrai un tās turēšana noteiktu laiku, lai samazinātu trauslumu un spriedzi, kas radušās sacietēšanas procesā, kā arī palielinātu naža trieciena izturību.

Saskaņā ar ražotāja teikto, ieteicamās temperatūras temperēšanai ir 100-200°C210Tēraudu vajadzētu lēnām uzsildīt līdz atgriezeniskās apstrādes temperatūrai nekavējoties pēc sacietēšanas.

Tēraudam jābūt apstrādātam vismaz 2 stundas, veicot vismaz vienu pilnu temperēšanas ciklu (ražošanas praksē ieteicami divi pilni temperēšanas cikli).
